Booking Confirmation and Payment process

Your booking requests and reserves your time-slot.  You will immediately receive an email notifying you if the appointment is confirmed or if it is reserved subject to confirmation. 
 

1. Confirmed appointments:
   
   Confirmed appointments are charged at the time of booking.
   
   
2. Reserved subject to confirmation:
   
   Appointments reserved subject to confirmation will only be confirmed once a viable number of bookings have been reached and studio space has been secured.
   
   This may happen anytime between booking and until 6pm on the day before the session. 
   
   Your card will only be charged once the booking is confirmed and you will be notified by a second email confirming the booking.
    
3. Cancellation Policy:
   
   
4. Prior to confirmation
   
   
5. For appointments that are subject to confirmation you may cancel your preliminary booking at any time prior to confirmation and your card will not be charged.
   
   
6. On confirmation
   
   
7. Once confirmed, your card will be charged and any subsequent cancellation is non-refundable.  This is to ensure the viability of remaining client sessions and to cover studio costs
   
   
8. Credit Note/Voucher:
   At our absolute discretion, if your confirmed and cancelled slot is subsequently filled, we may issue a credit note or voucher after deducting administration costs and considering any reduced pricing needed to fill the slot.
   
   
9. Tutor Lateness/Unavailability
   
   
10. Tutor Unavailability:
    
    In the unlikely event that the tutor is unable to conduct the session, you will receive a full refund.
    
    
11. Class Start Delays:

1. If the class starts late by over 5 minutes and it is not possible to make up the time by running over, you will be offered a refund or voucher pro rata for the delayed portion of the session.
   
   
2. Delays exceeding 10 minutes will offer the additional options of:
   
   

• Rescheduling of the session
• Full Refund
• Voucher for full amount
